Confined Space Enter and Work – 1 Day
RIIWHS202D Enter and work in confined spaces
MSMPER205 Enter confined space
MSMPER200 Work in accordance with an issued permit
MSMWHS201 Conduct hazard analysis

This nationally recognised course is designed for workers who are required to enter and work in confined spaces.

  • Weekly courses at our Padstow training centre.
  • Public and onsite courses available.
  • Anywhere across Australia (Regional and Metro Areas).

COURSE CONTENT

  • Identifying and Assessing confined space for entry.
  • Use safety equipment and PPE.
  • Control confined space entry.
  • AS/NZ 2865:2009 and relevant legislations and codes of practice.
  • Introduction to entry permits, atmospheric monitoring and gas detection awareness.
  • Lock-out, tag-out and methods of isolation.
  • Conclude confined space operations.

NOTE: personnel who may be required to undertake a confined space rescue, act as a standby person, supervise confined space, issue confined space permits or operate Gas Detectors must complete the 2 day training course.
